Camera trapping bears is at its highest activity ever. This sow has three cubs, a second trail camera captured a distant picture of them crossing the beaver dam.
The bear above is similar in size to the picture that was posted last week. Reviewing the pictures the muzzle patterns are different.
That makes five different bears ( not counting cubs) in the same area over three week period.
I did learn of another bear in the same general area the has a large white patch on its chest. It would be neat if it triggers one of my camera trap sets.
Now with a little luck this set will capture all four bears in on frame.
