Camera Trapping -- Save The Date

Setting out “Camera Traps “(trail cameras) along my hiking routes in central Massachusetts has added another whole level to taking pictures and learning about wildlife.

These mechanical devices allow you to take pictures or videos of wildlife on their terms

Whether you have a trail camera or not, this presentation will share a variety of wildlife going about its day, doing its thing, without human interruption.

Come see what happens when a dominant bull moose finds a subordinate bull in his territory during the moose rut.

The YouTube video below is a “camera trap” set at ground level near a beaver dam. A lot more day time activity also occurred .I will share pictures and videos of this active wildlife area in my upcoming presentation.
