Interesting Caption

The title page picture is a young bull moose. I found it  interesting that the wood duck in the upper right of pic never even flinched when the moose entered the water.
I can tell you if a wood duck catches even slight movement from people they are airborne.

I didn't think he would cross the swamp with the water being so cold.. I hiked over to check where he went back into the woods., then bushwhacked back to the dirt road.

It amazes me when I look for antlers I usually come up with nothing.

I found this  moose antler hiking a hardwood ridge back to the truck
