Birds Watching

Interesting weekend! Not much going on with mammal activity. I spent them last two mornings in prime moose habitat . I was hoping to get a glimpse of a cow and a calf moose.

It seemed like every time I would look up into the tree canopy something was watching. This Coopers Hawk looked on intently.

Not sure of this young bird. Maybe a Wood Thrush?
