Uncomfortable Weather For Hiking

I left the house earlier than usual this morning hoping to get five or six miles in before the heat. Wasn't to be today. Three miles and I was soaked. I did see a few deer before calling it a day. I am creeping up on the 800 mile marker hiking Quabbin, Hoping I can reach it over the weekend
