New Camera Trapping Areas - Plenty of Wildlife

 

The two new areas  I located last fall for camera trapping have abundant wildlife this spring. I couldn't be more pleased. The water sets at Lost Pond captured a cow feeding on water lilies and the camera traps sets at Scat Swamp captured a cow and calf moose

This is the worst year I've seen for ticks. Spraying my cloths and  boots along with putting cloths right in the washing machine is helping .There are still a few ticks finding there way into the house.

I can't believe how chilly its been in the mornings, Yesterday swamp sitting with my camera at dawn it was 42 degrees and I froze lol. Weather in June hasn't been that good. 

We have a camping trip planned for next week and the weather looks less than desirable ! Were taking the camper so that does make it a bit better.
